KENPAT is the preferred sub-contractor of many of Namibia’s major contractors, private and institutional clients. Kenpat's diverse project portfolio evidences this fact in such contracts as corporate head offices, Reserve Bank of Namibia, Namibia Supreme Court, a mobile diamond dredging production plant and offices, casino’s, major hotel refurbishments and numerous government and private contracts;

KENPAT has successfully transferred the original Johannesburg based knowledge and skill base to Namibia. Today all of its field employees are Namibian, whereas all of its field employees were South African in 1995.

KENPAT has substantial experience in cross border contracting, including the special challenges that are associated with such contracts. Exchange rate risks, long supply lines and lead times, flexibility in cross border staffing challenges, cultural differences and different construction methodology and materials are challenges that KENPAT regularly overcome without any effect on the construction programme.
