Turnkey Projects and Tenant Installation forms part of the KENPAT strategic focus. KENPAT's goal is to stay on the cutting edge of technology — on the job site and in the office. Our computerised systems include electronic "on-screen" measurement, quantity surveying and pricing programmes, electronic document management and integrated financial software. This integration enables KENPAT to be very competitive and accurate in its cost estimates.
